missed the race

i just bumped into photos of this year's singapore river db race (the same as the one i went last year) and immediately, regret flooded me.

missed it by 2 days and inside i was cursing like hell.
and then i saw the dates. it was exactly the same day as the anime festival i went for.

WHY?????!!!!!!!!! <--drama scream while spiralling down an imaginary vortex

the only point that i can console myself with is that i would've had just as much of a good time at the anime fest, albeit less eye candies ;) plus, both events should be equally saturated with aesthetic figures *ahem* go figure.



oh well, there's always next year. i hope i'll be equipped with a better camera by then.
