swing and relax
i went for squash yesterday night to practise my forehand, by myself. then i realize what i'm missing all this while from the reduced trips to the sports centre - it's the instant reward from doing sports.
a hundred strokes or so went down the road, as if achiving eternal enlightenment and i had no idea how, my strokes got 'easier'. i don't know how to put it exactly, but the feeling for every stroke was smooth and effortless, yet there were control and power.
it was very rewarding, and instant in a sense, considering the fact that it came (the smooth strokes, i mean) after a (relatively) short timeframe of an hour worth of forehand.
this is so much in contrast when compared to studying for an examination. you mug, mug and mug, and at the end of the day, there is still so much uncertainty, even after the paper is long over.

how difficult is forehand compared to backhand???
anyways, i challenge you to a game when ur back! up for it??? no racquet thou...lol
it's not difficult to hit the ball but more often the issue is controlling where the ball will go after that la.
good, u say 1 hor. use your badminton racquet please.
sorry...its off then...i am an advocate for equality ;)
btw, if u manage to somehow find another racquet, the winner over 3 sets get to choose 1(ONE) cup of starbucks coffee of any form and size...
aiyo, in exchange for all the trouble you're asking for 1(ONE) cup of starbucks?
puh-lease. you don't need to trash me to get one cup of coffee from me.
