buy & sell
i know what's my weakness. it's when a group of three to four friendly neighbours knocks on my door, greets me with smiles that are oh-so-sunshine and then asks me if i'm interested in buying this or that to raise fund for A or B.
let's just say i'm an easy target. i have no idea why it is so hard to say no, i do not wish to buy any of those. most of the time i'll just check out the price and go for the edible ones. if it's below $5, great. if it's above, great anyway because it's not nice to back out after asking bout the price. i'll probably cut down on food expenses for the next two days.
my most recent purchase? jelly heart tarts for valentine's day, nicely packaged in heart-shaped metal tin. no, i don't need your delivery service for that special someone. just address it to my room will do, thank you.
