winter in december

woke up to a beautiful saturday morning today. not too sunny, not too shady. just nice with blows of wind now and then. i know we don't get winter in december over here but the past few weeks have been so cold that i've been wearing 2 layers of clothing every single day. including the afternoons. and december nights are perfect for a cup of hot milo before bed, to wrap up the day nicely.

so yes, i went for squash this morning. the campus was awesomely peaceful for a saturday morning, mainly cos most had finished their exams. sweat for half an hour and had to stop when i realized my thumb's skin was ripping away. i wonder if that's a common problem for racquet sports or it's my gripping.


on the way back, dropped by mickeyD and tapao sausage mcmuffin for breakfast. been ages since i've had one, so it was blissful. and then it's mugging session all day long, with a nap in slotted in between.

anyway, i shall make it a point to sleep early tonight and avoid the laptop at least half an hour before bedtime. cos you know how the internet can make you not sleepy. yes,my insomnia is getting out of control lately. let's hope heading to bed early will work.
