aim and fire

my mom said that this action -- mock shooting with a drumstick --should not be allowed in drumline battles. he was aiming at the opposing drumline.

i couldn't disagree with her more and think it's cool to the max.

i call that showmanship.

anyway, i took over 800 photos at the event at berjaya times square. enjoyed myself very much except that few times when i noticed this uncle who stood beside me kept staring at me. plus another young man also.

i get the feeling that the flers couldn't believe their eyes that a girl like me would be carrying a super geeky camera backpack (which made me look like a turtle), snapping photos with a dslr at this kinda event. i couldn't believe i was there snapping photos by myself either. my mom was at krispy kreme.
