Pics Galore #2

Happy Mother's Day to my mommy!!!!!! *huggies* (now that's something I won't do in real life. see how wonderful the virtual world is?)

We had a great dinner at Marché @ The Curve yesterday night. I think I enjoyed myself there more than my mom, since it's a fancy restaurant. Let's hope my mom doesn't read my blog lar( my parents found out I have a blog some time ago)..oh wait, if they really do read then they'll be reading this line....oh well, blogs aren't meant for parents to read anyway~

Let the pictures do teh talking!

The entrance. So packed hor?

From a poor and hungry child's point of view. *rubs tummy*

Say it with me - Machi! opss..that's the Taiwan boy band.

As you can read, this restaurant is very innovative indeed. When you check in into the restaurant, you'll get a card ( or passport as they call it). Then, all you need to do is step right up to the your favourite "parlour", order the food you want, let the parlour guy/lady chop (as in stamp lar) your card, wait for about 5-10 mins ( they prepare the food on-the-spot for you) and voila! Tuck in.

"This is as near as you can get to a credit card" - my bro.

Remember to read the fine prints! Lost your passport to quality food?
Then be prepared to lose another RM200.

The Parlours
~ just like a dry market, minus the odd smell~

Ladies and gentlemen! At the yellow cooorrnneeeerr - Mister Juice Maker!

A tad too expensive for a glass of fresh juice eh?
I like the presentation tho.

Wonderful colours!

Get your coffees here.

Come here for a glass of teh tarik at three fifty? Must be joking...

Hawt day. Can I dip into the barrel instead?

Lonely pizza maker.

One of the hottest parlours!

Soup section. Yum, carrots, good for your eyes.

Busy, busy, busy!

Oh boy, I'm sure HY would love this parlour!

Rösti? Sounds like roti to me.

Choose your very own Mr Potato here.

What's a restaurant without desserts.

Strawberries look nice.

Come back later and the plate may be empty.

What the....are those white choc bars??*drools*

Most of the time, I think it's the presentation that captured me most.

Tucking in
~ "Do not touch the food! Take picture first lar!" - me ~

All mine. Grill turkey ham and orange+honey dew juice.

Eat alot, still skinny.

Very juicy and thick turkey ham~~ The sauce a bit too salty tho.

My bro - looks like he just won a pizza.

Ops, thumb chopped off le.

Dad's cod fish. Too dry, not nice!

According to my bro, that's the best latte. Hmm, I'm not so sure,
tastes like the Nescafé my mom always drink at home.

One slice isn't enough.

After all that good food, hand in your cards and it's time to settle the debt.
Many thanks to my dad for the dinner =)
